With a big thanks to member Sleeplessnashadow for initiating this thread over a year ago, back in August 2015.

It's been an interesting and well commented upon old thread, but I think it's beginning to wane a bit and wander.

So, let's call it a day and enjoy reading some of the excellent feedback contributed by everyone, before it loses its original focus.
