    The trouble - if that's the right word - with a Mk1 scope are the unfriendly range and deflection graduations. Several years ago a member of this very forum, like some others (thanks once again chaps.....) who are prepared to put their hands deep into his pockets, he had some sets of Mk2 1 MoA clicker plates made simply to convert up Mk1 telescopes to the more useable Mk2 range and deflection scales. Then the trouble became the fact that owners of Mk1's wanted to keep them original! Yep......, complete with the useless range and deflection calibrations. You just can't win
