PPS-43 Permanently Out of Stock?

Im in the market for a Radom PPS43 from Poland, as Classic Firearms were selling the pistols. Seems that they're out of stock and I wanted to know if anyone has knowledge about the availability of them in the US.

I don't know about the availability of them in the U.S. but my U.K. deactivated version of the PPS-43 by Radom is very well made and has a superb blued finish to it.

To the best of my knowledge, none are available in the US. You will have to go to the secondary market and they are few and far between there also. Nothing but parts on Gun Broker.

Expect to pay a lot more than the $300 they were initially offered for, closer to $500-$600 now from what I've seen.

I bought one of those when they first came into the US. I did the paperwork to register it as a short barreled rifle and opened up the stock, which wasn't a great deal of work. I now have a semi auto PPS 43 that looks good till you look close at the markings.

I kind of poo poo'ed them when they were cheap. But then a few months ago I actually found one in living person right there in a local gun shop. Just had to ask to see it as I was curious as to heft and feel and I couldn't put the blasted thing back. Helped that it was Veterans Day and they were giving veterans 15% off and that was pretty much the end of any discussion on it coming home with me. I did come home, searched everywhere for pricing information. Couldn't locate anyone that still had them and the few for sale that I found were around $600. Was back at the shop an hour later and doing the paperwork. I got mine out the door for just a bit over $400 and was happy for it. Seriously considering the tax stamp for SBR.
