Yes, you can ship up to $100 value to the USAicon without the purchaser having to obtain a Form 6 import permit. We can ship up to $500 value to Canadaicon without an export license but the shipments must still be lodged electronically with US Customs and Border Protection via the ACES system before shipment. Shipping any firearms components or accessories without the international transaction number issued by CBP is a violation of the ITAR laws.
