I have two rifle that will not stabilize their bullets. One is an Italianicon Carcano carbine & the other is an Egyptian Hakim. Both of them are so corroded as to have very little rifling left.

Bullets that are not gripped & spun by the rifling will not stabilize, no matter what you do.
