Wonder what his insurance premiums are, I reckon you would have to sign a waiver going into that place in case something went up not sure on how stable old dynamite is. You would have to have armed guards at night for that place you could near on start a war with that lot and hold your own very well indeed.

Depends completely on how well it's stored. It can start exuding and you can't handle it after that. You CAN however get exact replica for training that's a wrapper over a playdoe stick. It stays pretty stable. Don't think he'd be allowed to have live dynamite lying around either...

106RR
I was once OIC of the 106 range. Best show for visiting brass was to stack up about 30 wooden ammo boxes behind a gun and fire it... back blast turned them into toothpicks! Always impressive
But the weapon was impressive, too... I'll bet I could take a raw recruit and make him a tank killer in about an hour. The trigger was a push-pull knob... pull to fire the spotting rifle, when that was on, push to fire the main tube. Bang BANG.
Real men measure once and cut.

I kinda like the 106. I killed a T 55 with one many, many years ago in Viet Nam.
The Dragon Man is about a 30 min drive from my house. A truly "very interesting place!" Been in there many times. He has an M38A1 Jeep that used to belong to me.

Sarge did you see the Ontos (Greek for "The Thing") in action I built a model of one years ago and just liked the look of it as it sure had some fire power for its era though very lightly armoured.

The thing to note about this video is that when your wife complains about your collection you can show her the video and prove to her that you are being conservative in your collecting

Mark do you happen to know where this museum is located in the States, please? It looks like a most interesting place to visit and the owner seems like quite a character as well.

Great idea if you apply logic. Which given the suggested use renders it a useless idea.
