    Possibly some Israeli proofs. They had LOTS of out M1s (and still do!)

    I would say it's a Springfield Armory barrel. Would there be a cross cannon cartoch on the flat part of the barrel.

    I couldn't tell you this is the only picture of the barrel and I do have one of the Carbine but not big enough to see details.

    I tend to agree with SA being the maker, but the some or all of the other markings are unknown to me.
