I took it off the CMPicon forum because I was not getting any interest in it. And put it on gun broker. I do not like selling it but I am getting older and my wife does not want to mess with my collection if I kick the bucket. However; We agreed I would keep one low number and one high number and one garand. the problem is I have one other low number a early rock island with a AV 18 barrel and a PODD stamp on the stock. that I want to keep. I know it does not make much sense to keep the mix master and get rid of the really rare collectable rifle but I love that Rock go figure

Nice rifle ... and I am surprised at no nibbles.
Like you, I have also come to the conclusion that maybe I should thin my accumulation that I have been gathering since 1971. When I told my son I will probably start thinning the herd and he hit the roof. He said that this was HIS inheritance. He then sarcastically said "Well, what if I take you out?"
"Well then," said I " your mom inherits them and sells them for cash and you won't get a sniff."
    End of discussion
