early rear sights for the 1903
My photo shows a Rock Island 64145 serial number with RIA 3-07 dated barrel and a Springfield 160963 serial number with SA 2-07 dated barrel. The Rock Island has the groove added to the handguard and a single stock bolt, the Springfield is without stock bolts.
If your 1903 went through rebuild there should be some rebuild stamps and maybe an additional P proof stampAttachment 82367

The sling looks like a WW2? Does it have steel frogs or brass frogs with the original blackening? Dated?

I seem to recall an EHD stamp which dates to WWI.
The first letter is definitely an R, B, or P. I posted a picture^^^ hard to see though.
