Hmm, I'm a bit familiar with those sorts of places. I worked site security on the Titan II sites up on the Lowery bombing range back in the early 60s during construction, up until the af accepted them and they went operational.

Ewall,
Sent you a PM.
I do like Mag tech, S&B and Remington for commercial ammo/brass.

As previously noted CMP
is a fair source for used carbine brass. This item was posted yesterday and it appears to have Lake City brass... It's a bit more pricey than current commercial used brass - but might be of interest.... Hope this helps.

This will work fine too. I have a bunch as I got a killer deal on close to a thousand rounds at something like .20CPR. Shoots fine, not loaded any of the brass. FWIW I use Armscor bullets to reload and they are great. Don't notice any real accuracy difference between it and the Speers I used before, and the price is fantastic.

Ewall: PM me with your address and I'll send you some brass.

I find most of my carbine brass from gun shows and if it's reasonable I buy it. If it's more than 20 bucks a hundred I pass. As it is I have about three grand loaded and a couple hundred on the bench waiting for the bullets to arrive. Extreme Bullets and they sell new brass. The bullets are 110 grain and are $50 for 500. Not sure on the price of the brass.

Seen mixed brass at a local show last weekend. $35 for a 100 count bag, it had been tumbled, deprimed, primer pockets cleaned/brushed, FLS'd, belled, trimmed and de-burred.
I thought a good deal with all the prep complete, but would strongly advise measuring and close inspection of any brass that someone else has prepped.

All fun to do except primer pocket cleaning!
