Er, how do you know? The Husqvarna and Carl Gustaf factories both made Remington Model 1867 Rolling Blocks under licence for the Swedish Army. Many of the RBs were sporterized after being taken out of military service, often simply by having the fore-end wood cut down. So the chances are good that, even if it looks like a sporter now, your 1870 RB is indeed an ex-military rifle.
