I have trouble even seeing at 100 yards! LOL!

I have to wear my seeing eyeball classes at anything over 50 yards and my right eye (Aiming Eye) is worse than my left eye. I wear Bi-Focals, but eyeball doc says I should have Trifocals

In Europe they've had what's called shooting glasses for some time, I guess they're progressives... That would make your shooting life easier.

I had a pair of progressives before. I threw them away right quick. I had nod or raise my head in weird fashion to be able to see properly, With the Bifocals all I have to do is roll my eyes down to read look straight ahead while doing other things. My GLasses are Ballistic Lenses so they double as my shooting glasses.

I have been looking everywhere I Can think of for '03 stripper clips. The only place I can find them that I would trust is SARCO. Does anyone know of any other places I can find them besides eBay?

Hi Jay,
Try this place
https://www.libertytreecollectors.co...?idCategory=80
FYI: I live in Yelm also and I enjoy M1903s. Don't find many people into the older rifles, they are in lust with the ... "black rifle"!
My son works at the County Line Gun Store in McKenna. He's the Cerakote guy.
If you are looking for a 300 meter range, the the sportsman range on Ft. Lewis is open to Active and Retired military Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
BEAR
PS Don't tick Rick off or he will burn out your retinas with his Afghan flash.

Thanks for the link Bear. I have used the Sportsmans Range. I like the people that run it there. I live out in the Clearwood Community at the moment. (for the next couple weeks anyway. We are moving to Ocean Park where our rent will be only $300 a month vice $1350.) with the exception of my '03 my guns are all moved into secure storage already. Maybe before I move we could get together for an '03 shoot at the Sportsman's range.

Wow! I have lived in Clearwood for 23 years. Used to be the Clearwood Water and Maintenance Manager 11 years ago. I don't know where Ocean Park is located (I assume by the Sound or Pacific Ocean) but I know it's not in Yelm.
My job requires me to be on call every other weekend and there is no cell reception at the range so shooting there may not be an option in the next couple of weeks. But I would like to see your Rem. 03 so maybe we could get together since we are neighbors
By the way, I taught Rick everything he knows
, then he was taught the correct way by the Master (John Beard
).
