    Try Numrich

Look in the SMLE section, they appear to have them with and without sights. Last one I got from them was with sights and was in pretty good shape.

Why do you want to make it back into a rifle? You could probably sell it and buy a rifle for less than it will cost you to put it back together. Or trade it.

Agree, The barrel is only one of your problems, finding a gunsmith with the proper equipment to rebarrel the rifle is going to COST you and then there is that problem of headspace.
Leave it the way it is, the conversion was a government job.
Buy another rifle. In the long run, it will be cheaper!
Oh did I mention the markings will be wrong if you spend the money on a rebarrel job?

    Yup, what they said!

Keep that one in .410, it's a "legit" variation. Then get another one in .303. The more Lee Enfields you have the happier you get.

Took me less than a minute to find barrels for sale in the US, for around forty bucks. Google 'west hurley gun parts'.

If you were here in Canadaicon, I could spin one on for you not a problem. Adjusting the headspace is the killer, you need a handful of different length bolt heads to find one that works.

Or, find a brand spanking new one with 'S' stamped on the underside. These were overlength for use by armourers who would stone them down to fit specs. Chance of finding one is slim to none, but ya never know until you look.

Keep that one the way it is. Then you have justification for buying another one with rifled barrel
