    What I suspect as I have one is that this is a Polish KAR98 that was scrubbed and sent to Spain for the Spanish Civil War. That would explain the crossbar sling attachment.





    This is the one I have when I purchased it although it is actually a WZ29 in a KAR98 stock. Straight bolt rather than bent bolt. Mix of Germanicon and Polish parts, the stacking rod is German. Since swapped out with a German Kar98 that I restored.

    I don't know what to tell you on the price. Pretty risky with no photos and it depends how much of it is there. Parts alone can be worth a good deal. Polish rifles also are valued highly although not as high as an original German KAR98 Safe to say it's probably in the $300-$500 range.
