Both answers are IMHO correct. The P-H backsight has the desirable variable (switched) aperture. Oil it and rub it down very carefully with 0000 wire-wool and you have something worth 150-200 (value here in Mauserland). But a sporterized Enfield without backsight would mean looking for a backsight that would cost as much as the rifle is worth - seriously sub-100. So you have a good backsight with a low-value rifle attached.
Anyway, over here (I don't know your market) the only use for a sporterized rifle is as hunting or plinking rifle with a scope or a red-dot sight fitted. Thee days, iron sights are only used by milsurp shooters, and they are not interested in sporters. Sporterized milsurps are worth very little indeed.
