Yes if anyone has any idea what the x means please by all means lets find out the mystery ,i would like to return it to volley sights but the forend is like finding rocking horse ****. Btw i am a Aussie in USA

Someone with greater knowledge than I will chime in with an explanation.
I believe the x is from RSAF or LSA inspection markings from what i understand they refurbished weapons in England
and sent them back to us aussies .

She has one coat so far , needs many more but I am taking the slow and steady approach to doing this it is ready for another coat soon .
