Charlie, The wife said you can come back anytime. That's fine with me as it take a load off my shoulders. As to dimples on the left side. There are none and there is no black paint chips inside. The only black inside if typical carbine from firing. There is a 10 on the bottom of the grip but not where it would be a rake number as it's upside down. Butt plate doesn't appear to have any paint on it but it is a bit beat.
