I think what you are seeing is not just 'MC' - I think it's 'M1C' (M1icon Carbine). You have an 'Israeli' stock that was on the six-digit Inland when they had it and the other markings are not U.S. or Israeli - appear to be done by someone at some time with a die set and a few minutes' time.
