The Neighborhood watch is "Mash Az." They are a volunteer arm of the police, and are essentially a neighborhood watch with guns. I have many photos of Carbines in Israel, but they are stuck in photobucket. I'll pull them when I have time, and move them to IMGUR so I can post here. If you think about it, the M1
Carbine is a natural for the job, since it was designed as a PDW for US troops who were not assaulting enemy positions. A testimony to its effectiveness is that it went from being a PDW to an offensive arm by the end of the war, and through into Vietnam.

Soooo many beautiful women....ah I mean weapons, weapons in Israel. Just look at those women caring A1, M4, 30 cal. carbines. A man can't go wrong there now can he.
