Thank you both and while I am certain it is a "true" No 9 Mk I my question is if these sights and magazine could have been switched out to say Canadaicon Cadets to make it when competing they are all the same so to speak. Doubting the rifle is a garage or armory put together but guess I could be wrong. Also forgot to mention it has no import marks at all. Anyone's guess as to how it came upon the sights and magazine. It appears to be the lowest serial range thus far of this rifle seen.
