    The diameter scales to be 1.47" so the radius is 0.735". Doesn't translate evenly to metric.

    There are woodruff cutters that are 1.5" dia. Face width?

    There are 1-15/32"(1.47") dia Tee Slot cutters available, 5/8" face, 1" shank. KEO brand about $235.

    None of the above are convex which is what that cutter is.

    I think I would grind a stone to the dimensions you need and clean up with that.

    Cutter Z was obviously a special made cutter for that one operation.
