"L" designation of British scope
Hello to all,
I'm trying to find out more information regarding the nomenclature of british sniper scopes. I've seen some photos of the L17a1 marked S&B 3-12x50 scopes. Is there a specific L designation for S&B 5-25x56 as seen on the L115a3 sniper rifle?
Many thanks,
Ari

"Molonlave" Does that mean "come and wash them"?
“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”
Edward Bernays, 1928
