Security cameras are next I guess.

A few pan heads I should think, and spend the extra for a dedicated screen to monitor them. It isn't for sports or cartoons...and the digital recorder to accompany. Use an individual that does this for a living and he'll set it all up so you have no blind areas and the digital equipment so you don't have to monitor blank video like old Poscan...you only get vid when something wakes up your camera. You can have it to your phone and you can get it to alarm to you...see the man...
