Fun rifle to shoot. If it's still there keep an eye on the bolt hold open tab. It's a fragile design, I'd even say an afterthought.
I'm still on the hunt for a good cheek pad to move my face further out.

I purchased one in defiance of our Governors ban on such rifles. I know it is not a sniper rifle. I have tried every reload with disappointing results. I even attached a 1X9 Combloc scope in hopes improving accuracy. It shoots pretty accurate with Yugo
180 grain but it is not recommended.

Same here, and the rifle simply tore my brass up. I didn't get too deep into loading for it though because of the brass. I've got thousands of rounds of surplus to blow through and I'm happy with minute of man accuracy out of this rifle.
Skip, what kind of shape is your bolt hold open in? just curious.

The BHO works fine on the two mags I have

It's not that the mags are the problem. The only thing holding the BHO in the receiver is a little tab and spring pressure. On mine it's barely holding on and pops out every so often. I've stared at it trying to figure a way to shore it up but,,,,,,,

Just fine. The rifle functional well. No distorted rims but the occasional bent case mouth.

My son had one. He wasn't happy with the accuracy. He sold it and moved on to a Colt 901 then an M1A
. Somewhere along the line he also got a HK91. He likes to sell and trade stuff off. Finally, he came back to the AR15 due to the cheaper ammo. Ooops, I forgot.....his first rifle was an AR15 that he put together himself.

Remember do NOT shoot heavy ball or any bullet over 150grs in the PSL. It will break if you do. I could never find any ball ammo that shot well in mine but reloads using 150 soft points would go into 1 1/2 inches at 100 yards IF I did my part in shooting.
