WWI Troops who used them said they worked better with 15 rounds in them but they created issues as they caught in the wire and everything else attracted mud like flies to cow dung and were not liked one iota.
My friend had one but on sold it before I could get a hold of it a real rare beast which should bring good $'s if one ever comes up for sale.
