Anzac15: here's my '41 marked Izhevsk Upgraded Dragoon. This one was built on an older receiver and, hence, has both Imperial and Soviet stamps. people I've discussed it with suspect the modifications (rear sight) were done in the Soviet Union prior to capture by the Finns.
