lyon13: If hunting with a scope is a priority, make your next purchase a PU Sniper. Very robust setup and capable of as good accuracy as any WW2 rifle. At 1/4 the price of a No. 4 T, also a bargain. An added benefit of the PU is that the longer bolt handle gives more leverage and makes the action feel much smoother and lighter (at least this was the case with the 3 PU's I've owned). The things you need to buy to make your standard LE and Mosin into a marginal scoped gun would add up to a good downpayment on a PU (real or repro). I collect and shoot both LE's and Mosin's and appreciate both for their particular plusses. personally I think the Mosin gets a bit of a bad rap due to the abundance of post war refurbs that were done to less than high standards. An original non-refurbed 91/30 or M91 is a different animal. Good luck with whichever approach you take.

Lyon you need one of these ones whilst the B-square may be good they are only made out of Aluminium I have one of these stashed made of steel for when my eyes go south so I can at least compete in modified class shooting the 303's.
I think it fits both types of 303's MkIII & No.4
