Gil said, ' How do you legislate for the human brain that can snap at anytime!' The truth of it is you can't. That is the point all those screaming to ban and destroy what are effectively inert tools - firearms - seem to ignore.

Laws are only effective IF they are obeyed. After all, murder is against the law whether one uses a firearm, a knife, motor vehicle, golf club or a cricket bat. Yet, murders occur everyday, and in every country around the globe.
