I'll guess IBM......... Why you ask? That Butt stock looks like a LW-B to me. Yep..... IBM
Any takers?
I am guessing that it is a Saginaw S'G'.

The Magazine pouch comes off by removing the stock and sliding it off forwards. And the Magazine pouch doesn't belong on the stock in the first place. It's a belt pouch. It's really awkward to get at the mags when it's on the stock.
Anybody got a picture of a Carbine stripper clip? snicker.

Definitely a QHMC Crossed Cannons Cartouche.
I see a early Type I barrel band, possibly a Hi-wood stock with Oval cut oiler slot: A Type II stock if so.
Also see push button safety, plus what looks to be a real C tip sling.... that now sell for over a $100, more if the sling has any markings.
Bottom line.......... a Carbine you want to see much more of.
Szvacek,
Do you have any Carbine books?
If not a great starter book would be : U.S. M1
Carbines, Wartime Production, 7th edition, revised and expanded, by Craig Riesch. Est $30.00
Can you look in the stock's left side sling well, see any letter markings....... like QRMC ?
Really looking good so far
Cheers,

Mine was grubby from oily fingers so I picked up an extra at the May show. They sold there for $20. I heard the publisher died and the wife may not continue publication.
