Foresight drawings No4 Mk1
I'm looking for dimensioned drawings for the No4 Mk1 front/foresight so that I may make a new one with wide blade for a friend. I could pull the sight from my Longbranch but if the drawings are available...
Thanks!

You might try emailing Fultons of Bisley - G E Fulton Son. What you're seeking does exist if you can find one and they'd be the folks to have it lying around in a drawer. I had a couple here for years but folks eventually bought them. I've also sold Bren front sight blades to folks who modified them for use on the SMLE and No.4.

Make new..........! Why not just get another sight that's applicable to your friends rifle-split or solid, needs and eyesight. Cut the blade part off, cut a slot, insert new blade, sweat in place, make off to suit, 10 minutes work

There must still be buckets of foresight blades stashed away in old gunshops, the cupboards of club armourers, etc.
However, given where you live............
Peter L. has the quick answer, though.
