I would consider the early drum to be very collectable but not that much in value, few are around and the new collectors like
the big super capacity drums. This drum that I showed in the photos actually had a factory recall and the drum was returned
for some modification as there is a paper in the box with details.
These early drums worked very well in semi auto and were considered to be reliable. There were problems reported with using
these drums in full auto, some only firing five or six rounds and then not feeding any more cartridges. Looking back, part of this
problem could have been from the Edgewater buffer used in these rifles too
