Hi
Thank you for adding me to your site. I am not a weapons collector, but instead a amateur historian or that might be better said, one without any formal qualifications.
What has drawn me to this site is an interest in the 'Launcher Rifle Grenade L1A2' as suited to the L1A1 7.62 Self Loading Rifle - it's use in the Australian
Army and in addition to that the use of Rifle Grenades, launched from the M16
, by US forces during the Vietnam War.

Hello everyone!
I'm a new member and love reading the forums. I just recently obtained a RIA Model 1903, and look forward to sharing pics and obtaining information about my pre WWI rifle.

FNG here - from Sydney Australia
Greetings everyone, I have just joined and thanks for having me.
Whilst my main interest is handguns, I do have a couple of milsurps rifles - 1 x 1944 DOT K98
, all matching, all original and in excellent condition; and this has just been joined by a lovely 1918 Lee Enfield No 1 Mk3 which was FTR in 1951.
On it;'s way tome now is a another Lee Enfield No 4 MK1 which was FTR in 1953 and un-usedAttachment 95771Attachment 95772 since.
And I am on the cusp of purchasing an all original, un-issued No4 Mk1 (T)

Howdy, Fullfilling my new member posting requiremnet.
Greeting to fellow collectors smitten by having pieces of history of military's in action in close contact with one another. I recently purchased a Sterling Wiselite 9mm carbine and am looking at the 7.62 x 25 pistol version. I am wanting to see what it take to convert it to 9mm.
So that will be my first endeavor. I have several old military arms populating my safe and am building an UZI from a McKay kit.
Regards, Bob

New to Site....First post
Hi everyone!
I came across this site while looking up info on my BRENs. I'm 48, retired Military and currently working as an industrial mechanic for the largest agriculture equipment producer. Hint "green and yellow"
I've become a huge fan of old Mil weapons , especially WW2 stuff, and own a few guns from that era. I have acquired most of my guns by building parts kits. 2 Builds I currently have going is a ZB vz 37 and a MK3 Bren. Been into building kits for about 8 years now with no stopping in sight.
Looking forward you getting to know the people here.
