can the crooked performance rod negatively affect Garand's accuracy?
Another thing how do you recharge the cartridges?
It happened to me that about the second - third shot the cartridge makes it hard to fit, it is as if you had blocked the chamber of the barrel, and when I shoot that shot the casing comes out very hot sometimes with the neck of the casing slightly red.

All reloading specs are in reloading books and should be drawn from there. Make sure it's a load that's mild and work up from there. Cartridges of the world shows military loading of 50/51 grs of IMR4895 but we've found much less is sufficient, more like 47 grains. Go more gentle.

As pointed out the op rod is meant to be a dogleg and works that way. Accuracy and effects of the gas cylinder/op rod are accurizing that has to be carefully altered for best effect. Most rifles shoot fine as is. I wouldn't do much more than tighten the cas cylinder. The upper handguard also floats around and can have effect. The lower stock group can rub against a moving op rod and have effect...so many things.

the recharge that I have tried so far is 44.8 grains of powder imr4895 with 150-155 grains ball.
seeing the primer does not seem to me there are overpressure, but it happened to me sometimes that the cartridge case released soon after presents the red neck from the heat and I do not know what the problem is. Could it be the dirty chamber?

I don't really understand the "Red neck" thing. Primers aren't a certainty as to pressures, only the pressure gun can. They can give you an idea. Your load should be OK though...cases are hot when fired so...
