The EY rifles were still in the UKicon MIlitary inventory until the early 70's as we stripped and rebuilt a load or war reserve stockpiles then. Totally refurbished them and re-bound the copper wiring too. Alas, there only seemed to be one grenade cup available for us to test fitting!
