Can't really tell much about the individual bayonets as you don't show any specific markings on them. They are interchangeable with the scabbards so the scabbards are no help in identifying them. You have a US scabbard which is federal and a Pennsylvania National Guard scabbard. Not sure what the blank one would be for, possibly a private repair of some sort. The PA NG scabbard is going to be rarer than the US scabbard but they aren't uncommon. Lot of NG scabbards around.
