    I personally don't like the color of the parts, staking nor the price, but I don't see any issue being out of state and buying from a guy on ebay. It's the same as Gunbroker. You transfer it like everyone already does. The guy is just maximizing his exposure on an anti2a format.

    It's not like the shady, low quality characters who invent crimes where they didn't exist before they showed up. For instance, (true story) yesterday at our local show some long time private table dealer walked up to me as I was leaving offering to sell an M2 trigger pack for "5". He had some unknown guy standing next to him sticking his head into the conversation. I asked the seller "thousand?". His reply was "hundred". It wasn't registered. Oh, I get it. You're here to help that guy next to you invent a crime where one didn't exist. NO! I already bought a registered one for many thousands.

    rcathay that ploy might have worked in Ann Arbor during the 70's and 80's. It was a five dollar fine and mostly unenforced
