Manufacturers do not publish that kind of info as they load to get a specific velocity range at a specific pressure range in a particular cartridge and bullet weight. The powder may not be the same powder in every lot either.
Apparently, ADI uses BTI powders exclusively. The F1A1 Ball ammo is a nominal 4 gram(62 grains) bullet at similar velocities(none published) to FN SS109 and US M855 ball cartridges, using a single base solvent propellant.
The Hodgdon Extreme family of powders, Stateside, includes: H4198, H322, BENCHMARK, H4895, VARGET, H4350, H4831, H4831SC, H1000, RETUMBO and H550BMG are BTI powders. That doesn't mean reloaders can get the powders used in the F1A1 ammo though.

Besides what one gets in canister powders is NOT the same powder used by manufactures even if numbered the same.
