Im from Indiana. Can any one help me put a plunger tube on a 1911 frame?

You need to take it to a smith...
or see if Brownell's has the tool for sale.
Bought a Colt, eh? It happened to my "Proudly made by the UAW" Commander, new out of the box.

They should be staked. Unfortunately, some makers have been turning them out with studs too short to stake, then using glue to keep them in.
If the studs can be staked, a tool can be made to do it or one bought from Brownells, but since it is pretty much a one-time thing, getting a gunsmith to do it would probably be less expensive.

unless your planning on doing a few more down the road, the tool isnt worth buying,
take JimKs advise, and have a smith in your area install a new tube.
total cost shouldnt be more then 50.00 tops.
if you cant find one that can get it done, contact me, id be happy to do it mail order.
