    Yes seen that one along with some others with additional writing on them. IIRC all were Dutch made.
    On one of the Netherland links I seen a belt or pack strap that had a Ink- Circular stamp with some letters in it, but can,t locate it now. It looked much like the size of the faint stamp on your pouch.
    Maybe a KLu or KL issue, one of these 2 were said to be known to rarely mark their gear.
    About the best I can do/remember.
