What does the SS sign at the bottom mean, please? Is it pointing towards a SS camp/base?

According to THIS, a TWL is a Truppenwirtschaftslager or Troop Supply Depot, a sub-depot which was located in occupied areas or near the frontiers of Germany to distribute supplies from the main depots. The Wafen SS had these on their table of organization.
