He looks a lot like Harvey Keitel but since Keitel was born May 1939 it's probably not him.
Also: Keitel served 3 years in the United States
Marine Corps. In 1958, he was sent to Lebanon during a U.S. military intervention aimed at defusing a major political crisis there.
