    I had a BSA/UKicon No7 rifle for 30 years and so far as I recall, the only thing that would be difficult to reproduce would be the bolt head and the insert plate part for the No1 magazine. The remainder would be a doddle..., even the ejector. Two parts brazed together with absolutely no (or VERY little) mechanical loading to bear. Extractors could be cut 30 at a time using laser or water jet cutting. As could the aux spring. A simple fly-press jig to shape the slightly cranked end then anneal, harden and temper. I'd have got my teeth into that within a day or so.............
