Help Identifying 1903

there is a seller on fleabay selling a large lot of M1 stocks with these crisp or made to look worn markings on them. this is not and can not be any sort of A4 or A4 replica, its a Rock island 1903.. not a 1903A3..
the A4 was a 1903A3 based action.
nothing A4 about it.
