Need Help Identifying markings

All I could add to Herschels info is the BP on the bolt body is Bay Products, a sub contractor to S.A.
The B and 4 digit stampings, and floor plate pinning are common signs of a Greek MAP rifle. But the bolt handle stampings are a bit puzzling to me, as the Greeks usually used the
last 4 of the serial there as well. Just a wild guess but maybe Arabic?
