I dunno, but I can't think of it as a Bubba special. Bubba's guns are usually converted with a hacksaw and an angle grinder. This is very well done indeed. It only got farcical when the guy tried to pass it off as an SS artifact. I'd even be willing to be convinced the Luft eagle might be genuine, if the engraving weren't so conspicuously fresh and shiny. I mean, if you're going to dress it up with a Luftwaffe emblem, you could at least try to claim it was one of Goering's personal hunting rifles...
Don't forget, this was a very popular Austrian sporter conversion back in the day. I've seen some very ornate Ferlach examples, like this one that was up for sale recently in Nova Scotia:
