trigger guard assembly from Remington. Since the rifle is in 270, it would take the standard action trigger guard assembly. You may also need to order the magazine box or you could probably cut down your box to fit. The ADL magazine is longer than the BDL magazine. At the time I bought my TG Assembly they cost ~$10.00. They ae a lot more expensive today-I believe.
I ended up buying the rifle. I was warned on the Winchester Collectors Group (Yeah I know... lol) about a Recall on the XMP triggers I was able to find the info on Remingtons site and validate that the rifle for sale had been fixed by Remington. Now I have to wait for shipping and the California Waiting Period so I won't range test it until late Feb or March.
I won't be modding the rifle to a BDL unless I end up changing out the stock at some point; it depends on how well the ADLs stock is. Thanks for the Info!

Problem is, all that will push the cost up and negate the savings...
Yes, my thought exactly. I would do it only if the factory ADL stock was causing accuracy (minute of Deer) issues and I could not work them out by bedding and other fixes.

If you google Williams Firearms Company you will find some milled rigger guard assemblies but they run ~$200 + and requiire a lot in letting to fit into your ADL stick

I don't think it would be worth messing around with the synthetic stock. If I were to go the BDL route I would more then likely get a Boyds or BDL a take off wood stock.

No that I have bought this thing, and some new die for it. Does anyone have suggestions on a bullet weight? For hunting, I'll have to go lead-free in CA but for the range, I can go with a lead bullet. Never owned a .270Win so not sure if this caliber is partial to a certain weight. Thanks in advance.

$325 isn't a great price if it has no scope. MSRP on a BNIB, scoped, synthetic stocked, ADL is $525. Have a look at the price of one in a local shop first.
Mind you, a .270 will kill any game in North America with a change of bullet.
And it's a hunting rifle. The mag capacity doesn't matter. Don't think CA allows battle rifle mag capacity for hunting anyway.
