Agree with all of Daan's info, we had those lying around the range when I was much younger as the Centurions were still around. Yes, blue is practice, inert, no filler...looks like the bottom drive band was pilfered or just torn off after firing. I also have a smoke projectile with no remaining markings and have never the chance to find a case. Collector's source in Ontario had one but...$300CDN plus shipping...
