Help Needed On 1919A4 And A6 Barrel Prices??
I am helping a friend sell of some of his collection. He has 6 assorted 1919 barrels:
Two WW2 vintage 1919A4 barrels in 30/06 Flaming bomb marked used in good shape
Two New 1919A4 30/06 barrels in silver/paper wrap
Two New Israeli marked 1919A6 barrels in .308
What do you think is a fair price for each barrel? This is way out of my wheelhouse so looking for info. Thanks in advance.....
What do

"...out of my wheelhouse..." Probably a good thing. Prices seem to vary a great deal.
A net search for "1919a4 barrels for sale" yields 73,900 results.
Gunparts wants $136.50 for a BNIB in the wrap .308 A4 barrel. $109.25 for one out of the warp. $76.50 for one that is "used with light surface rust". No mention of .30-06 barrels.
Apex Gun parts wants $44.95 for what they say is a "Fair/Rusty" 24" A4 .30-06 barrel. They think a .50 BMG is a "Light" MG too though. They want $59.95 for an Israeli marked, "rusty" .308 barrel. $99.95 for one in "Excellent" condition.
Sarco Inc wants $75.00 for a "good" .30-06 A4 barrel.
Spelling and Grammar count!
