They were made in great numbers by the Mills Equipment Company (MECO) and can often be found on specialist gun sites like Gun Broker and others so a good tip if you want one is to firstly advertise on this site as someone might surprise you, and have a trawl round if it doesn't yield any for you.

I've been looking for one for years without any luck.
I used to collect a lot of British
and US militaira back in the 90's (mostly sold now) and still know a lot of UK dealers, so have a long standing "if you get one in let me know" with many of them.......but without any luck so far.

Geeram,
I think if I wanted one that desperately, I would buy the components which might be several canvas slings on fleabay, and make one up myself. The company I was thinking of was DB Militaria, have you tried them:

Here on Fleabay two straps for £20 as a foreinstance WW2 WEBBING / FIELD GEAR | eBay

A neat item. In my opinion, the stitching, which appears hand done, could use reinforcement.

I know a guy who has one and likes it. Think he paid around $100+ for it, I think he said it close to the last one the guy had in stock. I will look for a picture he posted.
MJ, don't take this personally, but that's crap.

I just ordered a weathered one last night. Shipping and sales tax it came to $83.67.
I'm assembling two rifles with new barrels a '47 MkII 7.62X51 and a '45 #4T it should work on one of them.

Sling showed up today. The hooks are a bit thinner than a regular #4 sling but I'll use it. I have a rifle hung by it to pull the wrinkles out .
Cheers
