Since this topic came up and I find myself with time on my hands, I thought I'd post a few pics of the magazine and case.

There is an internal spring at the front of the magazine. It is held in place by a single rivet at the bottom. At the to it folds over the top edge of the magazine body. It doesn't show in the pictures but the spring is bowed slightly away from the body and only touches at top and bottom.

The only markings are on the spine, the maker's name and one inspection stamp.
